Warranty Coverage

Our standard warranty protects customers against manufacturing defects and product failures occurring under normal use.

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing or workmanship defects
  • Structural or material failures
  • Breakages or malfunctions that render the product partially or completely non-functional
  • Performance failures occurring during normal, intended use

Warranty Period

All eligible Carbonado products are covered for one (1) year from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.

Proof of purchase is required to process warranty claims.

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover issues arising from conditions outside manufacturing defects.

The following are excluded from coverage:

  • Cosmetic wear such as scratches, dents, discoloration, stains, or surface marks
  • Normal wear and tear due to long-term usage
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, improper handling, or intentional damage
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Damage resulting from improper storage or maintenance
  • Parts or accessories not manufactured by Carbonado
  • Products or components that are lost, stolen, or misplaced
  • Consumable parts or accessories expected to degrade over time

Cosmetic changes that do not affect product functionality or safety are not considered defects.

Repair or Replacement Guarantee

If a product becomes defective within the warranty period, Carbonado will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the defective product, or
  • Replace it with the same product, or
  • Replace it with an equivalent or upgraded product if the original model is unavailable.

All replacement items are quality inspected and certified to be clean and fully functional before shipment.

Replacement does not extend or renew the original warranty period.

Apparel Warranty

Carbonado apparel items are covered only against manufacturing defects at the time of purchase or delivery.

Apparel is not covered under the standard long-term product warranty and is not guaranteed for lifetime use, as normal wear varies depending on use conditions.

Liability Disclaimer

Carbonado products are designed to function safely when used correctly and with compatible equipment.

However:

  • Carbonado is not liable for damage caused to cameras, devices, accessories, vehicles, property, or surrounding environments during product use.
  • Carbonado is not liable for bodily injury or accidents resulting from misuse, improper installation, or unsafe usage practices.

Users are advised to follow safety precautions and use products responsibly.

Lost or Stolen Items

Warranty coverage does not apply to products or parts that are lost or stolen.
